What currency are the prices?

All our prices are in USD.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free to both US and Canada.

What about taxes and duties?

Our helmets ship from Canada, so for Canadian orders applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied at checkout according to the province they are being shipped to.

US orders are not charged Canadian taxes or duties. What you see at checkout is what you pay, no surprises at delivery.

Can I return Sale items?

All Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

When your order is processed you'll receive a shipping notification including a tracking number. Typical estimates for your order to be delivered are as follows:

Canada: 3-10 business days, tracking via Canada Post Expedited
USA: 3-7 business days, tracking via USPS Priority Mail

Return Policy

SAHN products that are purchased online (excluding promotional or sale items) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding return shipping costs. Contact customer support with your order number to request a return authorization.

All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original packaging. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of SAHN Helmets.

Do we ship outside of US and Canada?

The Fika helmet is currently certified for use in US and Canada. As such, sales and shipping outside of these countries is not supported.

Warranty

Our helmets have a 90 day limited warranty from the date of original purchase (or as otherwise required by local law) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty is only valid in Canada and the US, and only applies to the original owner of products purchased from SAHN or an authorized SAHN retailer, and cannot, under any circumstances, be transferred to a subsequent owner. Proof of purchase must be provided. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement by an identical or equivalent product, at SAHN’s discretion. SAHN cannot be held responsible for physical or other damages, directly or indirectly caused by using the helmet. No other warranty, express or implicit, will bind the parties. This warranty is exclusive and takes precedence over any other warranty, insurance or responsibility governed by law or otherwise.

How is the SAHN Fika helmet different from the former SAHN Classic helmet?

Our new Fika helmet looks and feels the same as our previous Classic helmet. However, production updates ensure that it consistently passes the US CPSC certification standard.
